What is EFT?
Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) is a modality related to acupuncture, kinesiology and energy psychology. EFT is based on the premise that health and psychological wellbeing are fundamentally connected to the body’s energy system.
While EFT is highly effective when working with a therapist, you can also learn to use EFT for yourself. Regular use of EFT can be life changing.
A body and mind are healthy when the energy flows harmoniously. Disruptions and blockages in the body’s energy system cause negative thoughts, emotions and physical symptoms.
The process of EFT involves tapping on key acupuncture points while focusing on a specific issue. Tapping on these points tends to balance things out and reminds the body to heal, which in most cases it does. Intense emotional issues can fade. I have found in 80% of cases the problem can simply vanish. This doesn’t mean it always works instantly or for everyone. Some issues take longer to resolve. However I continue to see remarkable results in many of my friends, family and clients.
“Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion.” Buddha

| “Our session processing that old yucky stuff was fun! I had a great time, and more importantly I noticed a difference that very day. I didn’t feel guilty or upset anymore but calm. I feel as though a significant amount of fear has left my body. Very exciting.” |

| "For year's I've struggled with getting intense symptoms of anxiety before public speaking, to the point of avoiding it like the plague. Following the Skype session, I was genuinely surprised that for the first time, I was able to get up in front of an audience and speak without a shaky voice and sweaty palms! Amazing stuff."
