EFT Sessions - at my place or yours

You can have a session anywhere in the world using skype online - it's easy and it works.   If you live in Nelson we meet at my clinic , 243 Trafalgar St, Nelson (Top end of main street upstairs by Curves Gym).

Common Questions

What is the price of a session?

The initial session is 75 minutes long, and 60 minutes thereafter. My rate is $90 per session.

What do I get for that?

You get to feel better. This price includes plenty of additional information, EFT tuition for personal use, and email support I may offer according to individual needs.

Where do you work?

Online with skype or in person at 243 Trafalgar St, Nelson.

How will I feel during and after my session?

It’s different for everybody. Some people feel happy and laugh a lot during a session, while others may cry or experience a range of other emotions. Tears are a welcome clear sign that we’re making progress and ‘stuck energy’ is moving. It is my job to keep you feeling safe.
After a session you may feel light, refreshed and energized or alternatively need a quiet rest. It’s a good idea to schedule an hour of quiet time after the session.

I'm used to affirmations being stated in the positive. Why does some EFT language focus on the negative?


In EFT we use statements to honestly acknowledge the issue. Touching the difficult issue with our awareness, while tapping at the same time, gives the 'blocked energy' the opportunity to move on and rebalance. This process is like removing the weeds from a wild tangled garden - tapping makes the weeds come out easily. We also use positive phrases to 're-plant' the garden, including statements of self-acceptance, forgiveness, and what you wish to experience in the future.

How many sessions will I need?

Try one session first and see if we ‘fit’ as a team and whether you like the process of EFT. If you don’t want to come again that’s fine! You may find certain issues vanish in just one session. However in most cases 3-4 sessions is enough to notice significant improvements. My intention is to get rapid results and send people on their way asap. Sometimes for chronic conditions it may take a lot longer. Also the more you use EFT yourself at home the quicker you can recover from the specific issue.

How experienced are you? Can you deal with my problem?

I am trained as an EFT practitioner to level three with EFT and NLP master Rehana Webster. My understanding of emotional healing first evolved through 15 years of Shiatsu (acupressure massage) clinical practice, Shiatsu teaching and mindfulness meditation.

I developed a clear understanding of how subconscious beliefs form and affect daily behaviour. I also learnt about our human tendency to be hard on ourselves! Most importantly I developed faith in our capacity to heal. I am glad support you and keep you feeling safe as we resolve your most difficult issues.

I walk the talk and use EFT, yoga and meditation daily to resolve difficult emotions and personal issues as they arise in my life.

How do I book an appointment? 

Email me and ask me to email you a list of available times (and time zone conversions if required). Choose the one that suits you best.  I will then email you a case history form. Fill this out and email back to me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
